Many of our guests enjoy our well equipped gym. And some also enjoy a run on the sandy beach that goes for miles.

Golf

West Cumbria has some of the best links golf courses in the UK, Seascale GC (round the corner) and Silloth being very well known and championship courses, however St Bees, Silecroft, Maryport, Askham (Dunnerholme) are also on the coast. Also the beautiful Eskdale course is little known with a stunning par3 signature hole is fifteen minutes away. Inland and nearby are Workington, Whitehaven and Cockermouth.

Co-host of the 2012 English Amateur championship, Seascale golf club provides visitors a warm welcome to this championship class natural links golf course that is open all year round regardless of what mother nature throws at it !!! Situated on the West coast of Cumbria with views of the Isle of Man and Scotland to the West, the mountains of the Lake District to the East makes this a perfect place to enjoy a great day, both on and off the course. 

Founded in 1893, Seascale golf  links are the design of Willie Campbell and George Lowe.  The course is a traditional links which is maintained to the highest standards offering golfers of all levels of ability an ideal place to test out their skills.
